Day 9: Vegetarian Update

Today has my lunch at FIT Food Stall. Took Tomato, red bean, and cabbage. Tomato and Red Bean are cooked together with eggs. (Some vegetarian consider egg as vegetarian, some not. I am intermediate, sometimes take it)

RM3.70, tada~

This day has a freaking 8 hours class. At 6pm, went to SK with Su the gang. Had mixed rice (again!!!)

Tofu + broccoli + something made from soy bean, RM3.20.

Today expenses for food: RM6.90

Sony Ericsson C905, waited for so long~

Monday, it's a holiday.

I woke up 10am in the morning, and straight online and contacted the seller from lowyat.net, Renee.

Ordered a Sony Ericsson C905 Icy Silver from her, and want it on the same day.

We decided to COD in Mid Valley at 5pm, with Bobby, Kok, Eddy and Karen. Got the phone from her, check contents, IMEI, and originality, then paid.

I had been waiting this phone months since before it release, but always waiting, waiting, and waiting, don't know what am I waiting.

I know new model will come out, cheaper, more advance. Everyone knows. But waiting will just let me lost the chance again and again. Like it, then go for it, don't regret.

Day 8: HAHAHAHAHAHA

This day is special.

Woke up early in the morning, and suddenly decided: I want my C905 today!

Contacted the seller, ordered an icy silver Sony Ericsson C905.

Cooked lunch with Bobby. Spaghetti (again). Add in onion and potato, yummy~

He wanted to add spam into it, so I took the sauce first before he add in his spam.

Tada~

Dinner at home too. I was too broke after the trade.

It's actually noddle with asam laksa flavor(lying... the guy must be never eat real laksa before)

I forgot to take 1 before eat, so took the 'after' look.

Still have 22 days to go.

Day 7: Finding Vege in a Mall.

Went to Alamanda Putrajaya this afternoon with Yen, Wilson, and Jameson. Actually I just want to check out Sony Ericsson C905, and to have a feeling of holding it.

We had lunch over there, at their food court. Now only I realize, it's so hard for vegetarian to find something edible in a mall. So I just ate a plate of mixed rice (again). The price is so damn expensive.

Japanese Tofu, Wedges, and broccoli. This plate is RM5.50.

After lunch, went to mobile phone booth to check out my candidate phone, Sony Ericsson C905. I love it! I love it! I love it! Will write more about it after I bought it.

Walked around, play some arcade. Yen easily broke the record of basketball machine.

Time passed fast. It's dinner time~

This time is another challenge: Last time remember went to The Curve with friends, she ordered salad in Kenny Roger Roaster. So I try my luck to see if there is any vegetarian food there.

I am so lucky~ Ordered Roasted Potato with Vegetable topping, + 3 side dishes and a vanilla muffin. Confirmed with the waiter, this meal contain no meat.

WoW~ Happy, satisfy~

This is the potato, top with salad sauce, and corns. I guess is the time between 2 meals are too close, I had hard time finish my dinner, but still finished it, very full!

RM17.60, tax included.

6th Day: Boring leh...

Continue from previous post.

Today is Saturday, moreover some housemate went back hometown, some went out, boring! I officially left RM0.30 in my wallet.

Today both meals settle at home.

Lunch was A1 Bak Kut Teh noodle. I don't have any vegetarian ingredients in my fridge, so, have it plain. (later only found out I actually have some outside fridge)

Study some PLC on bed, and 'accidentally' slept for 2 hours. When I woke up, it's dinner time~

Dig out some stuff from fridge, there are some pasta, onion and potato wedges. This is the output:

5th Day

Continue from previous day.

Today morning after class, had breakfast at FCM with Lee.

Erm ... The only food I can eat is roti canai.

Vegetarian roti only have roti kosong, roti planta, and roti pisang.

Ordered roti pisang and roti planta, damn, very oily.

Roti pisang, aka Roti Banana.

Banana contain rich vitamins, potassium, and very high fibre and carbohydrate, I feel very full after the meal, can stand till 8pm not feeling hungry, high energy food.

IBM Aptitude Test
Sat for an aptitude test from IBM, may get into IBM for internship. The questions are easy, serious. The problem is time, ha, and I can't finish the paper. Funny, I am laughing myself when I can't answer the question, ha~

Skated in Block C car park from 6 to 8pm. Full of energy.

Had dinner with Kok at Dengkil. Ordered this vegetarian claypot yeemee. It's only RM5, cheaper than I expected. Ordered soy milk too for proteins.

Today lunch at FIT Chinese Stall.

The vegetable and non-meat choices left only little bit, lucky still enough for me~

Dinner at SK. The mixed rice stall surprisingly opened at night, so pick some tofu, kimchi vege, and mixed vegetable.

So the total expenditure for food on day 4 is only RM7.

Need to know the right nutrients required:

protein: soy bean, tofu.
carbohydrate: rice, bean.
vitamins: vegetables, preferably raw. Suggest to get from fruit.
Zinc: from supplement, and wheat.
Iron: leaf vegetable, tofu, beans.

From what I see, beans are the best source of nutrients~
