Gmail got new skin~

This morning when I log in Gmail, I realize something changed. Is it because it loader the HTML view? But I immediately notice it's not HTML view.

GMail has theme now~
gmail theme
Now, when you are emo, or happy, you can change the theme to suit your personality that time.

Some theme is location dependant, means the theme will change, depends on the location's weather, day or night etc, cool~

I tried some of the theme, all not bad, like Beach, Mountain, Summer Ocean and more. But finally I choose Tea House.

Tea House has a cartoon style, that blend with Japanese culture, with warm color, feel comfortable with it~ Like still in my childhood time, playing under trees and picnic.

Have been using this gmail account since 2004, and still my best choice for e-mail, everyone shall try it~ Send document using gmail, and save the environment~

Green Green Green!

Today is the last day of Green Club's Green Week, yea!

I am totally GREEN for today, from green contact lens, green shirt, to green under (er...), and doing green job. I am GREEN. Trying to take a photo of green contact lens, but very not obvious in photo. But just for today, as the lens is 1 day use only, free sample, and also my first soft lens experience.

Realize that I never post anything about this Green Week, so here I will briefly talk about it. Actually this Green Week is to promote Green Club to the campus, and based on the theme 3R Campaign, which is Reuse, Reduce, and Recycle.

For the past few days we collected a huge amount of recyclable items like paper, plastic bottles, CDs and aluminum cans, from our booth at Central Plaza, lecturers at respective faculty offices, and also fellow students who stay in hostel block.

I felt the coolest part of this campaign is the Petition.

Besides, the few hundreds kg of recyclable items is still the best thing we did. (Sorry forgot to take photo of it)

DSC05806
Very tired, still need to do recycle after class until late. See this 2 boys who still don't grow up, so happy~

Save our planet, reuse, reduce, recycle.

Bell Shape Graph will not be Applied...my ass...

This is the content I copied from MMU Bulletin system:

SRC:: Bell curve graph would not be applied
For the information of all students, the bell curve grading will not be applied in the marking of examination paper in MMU starting from first trimester of 2008/2009 session. This means that result grade would solely based on the marks you achieved. The grade for respecting marks is attached.
Thanks.

This semester(7th Nov 2008) I had moved my house, from Cresent to Cyberia Townhouse, yea~

Bobby and Karen came to help me (Bobby owed me money, Karen too boring), so thanks ya! Appreciate it~

With Bobby's Kembara, I never thought still need 6 rounds to carry all my stuff. I never know I have so many stuff here, simply list out some: 3 tables, microwave oven, shirts, desktop computer, bed frame, 2 swivel chairs, etc. blur @.@

As I have a "hallmate" -- Yan, with me, make this house 11 tenants in it, very happening, and my rental is just RM100 per month, happy~

Cool temperature all day long, and is VERY near to campus. After I counted the footsteps, I update this post~

Sorry for the late update, I don't have my Internet connection in this new house for few days.

Special Thanks to Karen and Bobby for helping~

Weird Number...

Sometimes I got some weird SMSs, from number I never seen before. The content is about downloading latest music, latest 'hot' video etc, all in Malay wording.

How the hell these people got my number?

Lucky there is a new service from Report Phone Number, there I can search the weird number, to submit a Harassing Caller Report, so other people will know about this number and their motives.

Tao Restaurant

Ketam always said Tao is cool, I don't know what cool, because I don't really can taste food. (means whatever things that I can put into mouth and swallow it, is consider delicious)

Right after the Langkawi trip, we 5 persons -- me, Gan, BL, WL, VP straight went to Auto-City Tao Restaurant, for our dinner. First I feel not willing, because it's another RM55, ouch. But since never been before, go la, make it first time lo.

Tao Restaurant.
It's a Japanese Buffet Restaurant, serving Japanese food (of course).
Available ala-carte or fixed price dining.

The environment made me excited!

DSC05596
Very Japanese style entrance.

DSC05627
To go in, need to walk over the stone pavement, across a pond. Don't fall into it.

DSC05598
The separator.

We being served, and sit at the corner. Because we took fixed priced dining, so just order whatever we like la. Look through the menu, don't know what are those, but simply point :this one, this one this one, and that one, all make 3 servings.

DSC05616
Not ordinary satay.

At this moment, the kitchen is closing. It's last call, we can only make order for one last time, so...

This are only about 60% of the photos we took, not to mention some orders are more than once, and refill for drinks too.

DSC05611
Very polite waiter, Vincent. Next time if come again, ask for him.

During last call, he saw we kept ordering, then he reminded us about the quantity we ordered, like very worry; later the manager (or supervisor) came and remind us again:

manager: hi, excuse me. I want to remind you all that all the sushies are served in 8 pieces in a plate, and I see that you have 6/7 plates of sushies, and 4 plates of this that....(a lot).... are you sure?

boonloong: yes yes, sure, no worry, just take it all here.

manager: ok...... (lose money liao la this time...)

we laugh.

Until the very last moment, we stare at the remaining sushi on the table... shit. We all very full. Not sure which plate of dish contain alcohol or other reason, we felt very high, laughing can't stop.

But still manage to finish all, yea, damn relief.

Shall band Japanese food few months. HAHA.
