Centimeter's Affair.

I hate to be nerd, but somehow I did what they did.

These are the notes that I read these few days. Total of 21 chapters, averagely 40 slides per chapter, printed into a 6-in-1 handout A4 paper. Which employee need to memorize it...

Consist of 2 subjects: System Analysis and Design, and Software Requirements Engineering. I think is a useful subject in my future, but memorizing it seems... stupid, very.

If want to count the number of pages, I need 2 years. So I used ruler to measure the thickness, hem... about 2cm.

I damn hate this kind of exam. I can understood the facts, rules, I just suck in memorizing those 'properties' and 'factors' and 'bullshit'! (but in my mind, I know which chapter it is, and which section of the notes, which title, too! Just I can't refer... that's sad...)

Sorry if my boredom 'bored' you, I just finished 2 papers continuously.

1 last subject, Computer Security, will be on Friday.

Shit, another 1cm to go. Total 3cm in this semester.

Slurpee~~!

Final exam is hectic.

I had squeezed out all my brain juice.

I need a break.

Lucky Bobby asked me to go 7 Eleven to get a Slurpee, so this is my second Slurpee in my life, since before age of 6. (Don't laugh, I know someone who never drink before~)

Slurpee is a frozen carbonate beverage from 7 Eleven, looks like ice blended, but is carbonated, something like what we did by adding Anything to ice and blend together.

OK, I got to continue study. Jia you everyone, jia you to you.

The symbol is call Tilde, or Swung Dash.

Don't know since when, I started to use this symbol in my daily IM chatting. "Hello~", "Bye~" etc.

Until yesterday when I replied "~~" to a friend, she asked me: "what is ~~ means actually?"

Em... then I realized, every time I use that symbol, I am smiling.

So fast, a year had passed.

Recalling what I did the whole year, em... I am not going to list out them, but I know that I had learned a lot, bit by bit.

2008 is a satisfied year, all sort of emotions: sad, normal, happy, very HAPPY!, all in 2008.

2009? Not sure, I promise it won't feel sucker than 2008.

Yes, after so long of trying, won 100 games~ (but of course, I lost 489 games)

I am Noob

After watched the REAL Slalom Performance from SEBA Team... I am totally noob.

The Inline Slalom Demo was held at One Utama Shopping Complex. Organized by Skateline, they invited the Seba team from France, Singapore, UK etc to give a demo of inline slalom. I saw a lot famous faces like Naomi, Sebastian, Terrence and others.

 
I am so happy, I met Terrence here~ He is Singapore Slalom pro. Thanks to him, I found my wife~ He is real pro wei!

 
And SEBAstian(the TALLEST guy at the right)! Oh no I touched his sweaty shirt, don't want to wash my hand for 1 month liao!

I think I need 100 years to be like them.

*Sebastian is the team manager of Seba team, and also a slalom skate designer. I am wearing his product, so excited!

While watching the performance, I feel my legs are lifting with the rhythm. I asked Hao do he feel that, him too! SO eager to try out slalom with them!

There are few types of Inline skate disciplines, but I love slalom. Maybe I feel it is safe. (at least LOOK safer than aggressive and downhill) And the ability to maneuver through the cones with spins and balances are just too cool and elegant.

After the demo, we went for dinner. At a restaurant with Hong Kong theme, guess. (related with Ah Wong from TVB Drama)

Ordered spaghetti, my favorite. (the drink is not mine, I just hold it for photo only~)

Xuan Hao was very hungry. He ate very fast, and almost the first one to finish his meal. Suddenly, he shouted.

Since he was very hungry, he requested to fried 1 more plate for him. The rest of us quickly do a brief scan in our meal, haha, find nothing, lucky. But it still use the same wok to cook one... T T

Second Blood Donation

After the First Blood, this time has more guts to donate blood.

Chosen Thursday after class, me and Hao went to donate blood during MMU 21st Blood Donation Drive. Normal procedure, filling forms, taking blood type test, short questioning session, blood pressure measurement etc. I am blood type O positive, almost everyone can take my blood~

There is something special in this donation session: a small portion of our blood will be provided for the research of prevalence and frequency of Diego blood group, of course with our permission.

I choose the donation seat with right arm rest, so I can donate from right arm. (I am left handed)

seeing the blood flowed in the transparent 'straw', actually won't feel pain. To pull away attention toward the 'straw', my left hand still can sms Lee.

Sad leh... I thought my body weight is 47 something... but the weight at there is 46 only. Damn must be the weight at my home spoiled...

donated 350ml, then waited for Hao. He donated 450ml, slower.

Save a piece of paper~
I requested not to print my donation certificate, 1 piece of paper saved~ (But I took a lot free gift, like Milo packs, Nescafe packs, bread, biscuits, box drinks, hehe~ must show off to the broke ass Bobby I got food~)

Thinking about the impact you can change, it's not really a painful process. Who knows the pack of blood that I donated today will use back on myself, or my loves one?
